Olivier Cheminade is the fourth generation of winemakers. Aided by his brother, he divides his time between the cellar and the appointments to discover the latest vintages. Trained in oenology, he carefully observes the methods of winemaking and retains those that seem suitable to bring out the identity of his terroir.

From the size to the harvest, we work on our vineyard for one purpose: to produce qualitative wines, typical of our terroirs. To achieve this, we regularly follow our vineyard and our grapes throughout the vegetative cycle of the vine, until the harvest.
